Have a goal of running your first half marathon? Or do you want to improve your 5K time? Or do you have a friend you would like to gift a training program to?
Register for one of Fleet Feet’s training programs for the 2013 Germantown Half Marathon or the Germantown Mayor’s Cup 5K.
- Couch to 5K program (beginners)
- Intermediate 5K program (for those who have already run a 5K and want to improve their time)
- Half Marathon program (all paces/levels)
Fleet Feet’s training programs will meet twice per week beginning January 2013 and will culminate with the half marathon/5K on March 17, 2013.
Training programs include:
- Personalized, experienced coaching
- Two weekly runs per week
- Training plan
- Interactive online workout log
- Clinics on various running topics
- Training tech shirt or hat
Fleet Feet requires that runners who would like to train for the Germantown Half Marathon enter the program comfortable with running 4-5 miles.
