All of our training programs are led by a certified coach and include:
- Two group runs per week
- Custom training plan for your specific race
- Access to an online, interactive workout log
- Weekly e-mails from your coach with encouragement and guidance
- Fleet Feet training tech shirt
- Clinics on various running topics

I just want to say thank you SO much to Marcia for leading the Fleet Feet training program. She was absolutely awesome and an inspiration and a source of encouragement for me. The Fleet Feet half marathon training program has been worth every penny. I love running with the group- they push me to go further and faster. The part I love most about the Fleet Feet training program is the clarity of information and instructions. Not only are we learning that we should do certain things (nutrition, stretching, etc.) but we are learning why and how. I am learning so much and it is definitely helping my running.

“It wasn’t all that long ago that I was working my way up to three miles myself. Now in less than a year’s time, I’ve run two 5k races, a 10k, and 2 half marathons. Not too bad for someone who swore up and down she could never do it. I still need motivation sometimes, too, but I think it would be great to be a part of a group again and try to give back a little what you and the pacers of our Greenline group gave me.
