St. Jude Race Course Preview

Are you running one of the races on St. Jude Marathon Weekend?  You know what you’re getting into, but do you know where?

Where to get your race packet? (Easy – the race expo, but where is that?) And where do you park? Where should your family and friends go? Where’s the starting line and what happens there? (Duh – the race starts, right?) What should I eat? What should I wear? What if it’s cold? hot? raining? Where will those 3.1, 13.1, or 26.2 miles take me?

On Monday, November 22, Kevin Leathers will be at Fleet Feet Sports to answer all of those questions and many, many more!

Coach Kevin is an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) Certified coach who has coached over 350 runners running races of distances ranging from 5k to marathon.  He is the national coach for Team McGraw and coaches athletes across the country who are running as fundraisers for the Tug McGraw Foundtion.  He is a contributing author for local publication Driven Magazine, a member of Los Locos Triathlon team, and has recently completed a 50k trail race.  He is a husband, a father, and a really nice guy who enjoys helping people achieve their running goals.
