Train with Fleet Feet Sports and run your first or faster 3 miles at the longest-running race in Memphis!

The Oak Hall training program will meet twice per week (Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm) beginning March 7, 2013 and will culminate with the Oak Hall 3-mile Run for St. Jude  on May 5, 2013.

Training program includes:

  • Personalized, experienced coaching
  • Two weekly runs per week
  • Training plan
  • Interactive online workout log
  • Clinics on various running topics
  • Training tech shirt or hat
  • Pacers/mentors on every group run

All paces and levels are encouraged to participate. Whether you want to increase your speed or get off the couch and get moving, this program is for you!
